2 Oregon school district leaders on why they are returning to in-person education amid pandemic

School districts around Oregon are deciding whether to return to in-person instruction after Gov. Kate Brown loosened pandemic-related restrictions. Schools in the Bend-La Pine district are reopening their classrooms to students later this month. And Lake Oswego announced plans to reopen schools for its youngest students in February, despite concerns from teachers. We talk with Lora Nordquist, the interim superintendent for the Bend-La Pine Schools, and Sara Pocklington, chair of the Lake Oswego School Board.
