Portland Police confront increased street racing

On any given Sunday night in Portland, there may be hundreds of spectators and cars shutting down parking lots and intersections in street racing spectacles. These events can be dangerous and have been deadly. And there seem to be more of them now than ever before. Kevin Allen, a sergeant with the Portland Police Bureau, tells us about the challenges the police face in addressing street racing.
