For the second year in a row, there will likely not be enough water in the Klamath basin to sustain fish, farmers and birds. Klamath County commissioners recently declared a drought in the basin and asked the state to do the same. Mark Johnson, deputy director of the Klamath Water Users Association, tells us about the impact of water conditions on farmers in the region.
